What
do we include in our set? Can we book you as we go
along, or should we book you for all of our
elements ahead of time?
I find that many of my clients don’t realize how much they might want/need for their event, and don’t budget accordingly from the start. I can definitely be booked as-you-go, so if you’re not sure that more pieces you may need, that might be a worthwhile option for you. However, I do believe that designing a whole system for your event is a better option. You know what you have coming, and you know that everything will go together and contribute to a cohesive feel.
Here is a stationery checklist. This can come in handy when planning your stationery or budgetary needs:
• Save-the-date
• Invitation
• Reception card
• RSVP card
• Thank you notes
• Printed envelopes
• Rehearsal dinner invitation
• Menus
• Place cards
• Programs
• Gift tags
• Welcome bags
• Posters or signs
